I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, LDN), but I prefer nutrition coach or snack specialist. There are a few things you should know about me:

  1. I like to keep it real. I don't expect you to eat perfectly clean at every meal - and I certainly hope you don't expect me to either. You're a real person and I'm going to treat you as such!
  2. I want you to find peace with both yourself and your relationship with food. Remember, food is fuel, not an enemy!
  3. My main goal is to help you find confidence and unleash your inner glow!
