Whether the goal is to lose or gain weight, as your partner, we will work together to ensure goals are measurable, achievable, and sustainable. You will develop the right fuel mix of macro and micronutrients while learning how to trust your body’s response. Implementing simple steps to add more to your life, without restrictions. Weight Management can be different – Eat More Weigh Less

The idea of Calories in versus Calories out is a common phrase. But, I’d like to take it a little deeper while we work together. Think of Calories as the director of the movie. They run the show, but they need the right kind of actors and actresses. Enter the “Macro” nutrients (Carbohydrate, Protein, and Fat). Think of them as the leading actors and actresses. They are sought out first. But, let us not forget about the supporting actors and actresses, the Micronutrients (Vitamins, Minerals). I like to share with you why I think they should win more awards.

Think about it…If you are only counting calories or macros a donut could be counted as a carbohydrate and fat within your target numbers. How do you feel after eating the donut? Now, think about avocado toast or trail mix of nuts/seeds and granola. These combinations include carbohydrates and fat. How do you feel after these combinations? All could include the same amount of macros and calories. But, the micronutrient (vitamins and minerals) content in the later 2 examples supports your energy level, satisfaction, and overall health. It doesn’t mean you should never eat a donut, but you will notice a difference in your body’s response when you recognize the fueling power of food.
