I started working with Laura in January 2021 because I have some health issues that I felt diet can address. My goal was to lose some weight and improve my health. I expected to have to count calories, severely limit portions, and starve! My experience was exactly the opposite!
Laura showed me more of what to include in my diet vs what to exclude. I admit that I really like fruits and vegetables so it was very easy for me to add more of them into my diet. I also learned what foods to avoid.
This has been a great change for me! It has been a lifestyle change that I can continue for the rest of my life. I realize that I can improve my health without sacrificing the foods I love. I am very grateful to Laura for helping me and encouraging me.
