The focus of my practice is to nourish your body and mind so you can enjoy the lifestyle you live. The goal of our partnership is to create a positive relationship with food and while reaching your personal goals.
Some of my clients enjoy working at their own pace due to time and budget constraints. Others prefer to contract for individualized programs.
Meal Time Method
This Mealtime Method course, Nourish 2 Thrive with Plants. A four-week course to get you including more immune-boosting, gut-friendly, and heart-healthy plants. Without wasting food in your kitchen. You will learn how easy it is to include plants in meals and snacks for the family.

I started working with Laura in January 2021 because I have some health issues that I felt diet can address. My goal was to lose some weight and improve my health. I expected to have to count calories, severely limit portions, and starve! My experience was exactly the opposite!
Laura showed me more of what to include in my diet vs what to exclude. I admit that I really like fruits and vegetables so it was very easy for me to add more of them into my diet. I also learned what foods to avoid.
This has been a great change for me! It has been a lifestyle change that I can continue for the rest of my life. I realize that I can improve my health without sacrificing the foods I love. I am very grateful to Laura for helping me and encouraging me.
